You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the returned product. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your refund and a few extra days for it to show up on your credit card statement.
For any shipment where the order has been returned and INSTOCKGLOVES.COM is not at fault, the order will be refunded minus the cost incurred by shipping the product.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
Unfortunately, it happens from time to time. If any item is incorrect, damaged or missing, we will do everything in our power to make it right!
- Please notify us within 14 days of your order date if you have not received your order. Any later and we may not be able to file a loss claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Please note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.
Contact us after receiving the package if it is incorrect, damaged, or missing any items.
Keep the damaged packaging/product, we may ask you to take photos of it.
