Most items are in stock and ship the same day if your order is received by 3PM EST, Monday - Friday.
Address Correction and Other FeesAt order placement, Customer shall provide INSTOCKGLOVES.COM with a valid physical shipping address including any apartment, unit or suite number and whether it is a street, avenue, etc. Shipping address must also include the correct zip code for shipping address. This is very important since many carriers impose an "Address Correction" fee for each box shipped if the address or zip code is not correct. If the address provided by the customer is not a valid physical address according to the carrier, an "address correction" fee of $15.90 per box will be charged to the customer's credit card upon notification by the carrier.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
Unfortunately, it happens from time to time. If any item is incorrect, damaged or missing, we will do everything in our power to make it right!
- Please notify us within 14 days of your order date if you have not received your order. Any later and we may not be able to file a loss claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Please note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.
Contact us after receiving the package if it is incorrect, damaged, or missing any items.
Keep the damaged packaging/product, we may ask you to take photos of it.
Refused or Returned OrdersOrders refused or returned will incur the full cost of shipping both to and from the customer. Customer will be refunded the balance between amount paid less all shipping costs.
